Registration for Session I: Creating Space for the Breath to Flow
Taught by Siddha Yoga Meditation Teacher Teresa Rubio Seade

In “Session I - Creating Space for the Breath to Flow,” participants will learn breathing exercises to support their practice of meditation.

This meditation session will be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, USA, on Sunday, March 26, 2017, as a live audio stream from the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Mexico City, Mexico (local time 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time).

This event will be available as an audio webcast in English the same day after the live audio stream ends. It will also be available as a webcast in French, Hindi, and Spanish a few weeks after the live stream.

You will be able to participate in the audio webcast as often as you like for one year after registration.
